My laptop is so retardedly slow, I wonder if its processors are malfunctioning or what.
It can't like handle two processess at a time, let alone multiple.

Life has been idle since the start of holidays, I'm still jobless, MS is getting boring and my love for Naruto is coming back full force.

Soul poison


Math paper today.
horrendous shit it was, hahaha.
The collective horror was so palpable after it ended.

Ninny and I wanted to watch Dreamgirls to halt our misery,
but frm Ang Mo Kio to Bishan,
no bloody cinema was showing it.
Bloody wasted trek and time. Woe.
Wanted to buy Sam's Town but i only had 10 pathetic dollars with me.
Double woe.



I've realised there is much i'm not immune to, to my great annoyance.
It invokes in me, in my definition, juvenile unwanted emotions.
Distasteful and unappreciated.
Though in hindsight, it's just another stark reminder of reality, of human nature.



Enough of this unwarranted angst and antipathy.
Moving along, I picked up a new book;
"The Footprints of God" by Greg Iles.
A profoundly thought-provoking read.
(it is, by no means, a holy book. )
It does however, tread the thin line between science and spirituality, though not in the same controversial league as Da Vinci Code.

From the beginning till the end, you'll be wondering if the main character really was delusional/schizophrenic, or truely the physical manifestation of god.
In fact, when you think you've reached a conclusion, something would come up that will shake the foundation of that belief.
It also makes one ponder about the intrigueing, if not terrifying prospects of articifial intelligence.
Hey we all know about insane technology being developed in millitary labs, but the general public is not privy to infomation like what exactly is, so it really makes you wonder to what extent have they pushed the limits of intelligence.
And due to the constant repetition of quantum physics in said book, I decidedly to check it up on the net,
and promptly regretted it.
Omg can you say chim? -_-
I will recommend this, it has incredible depth and a riveting storyline, but there is alot of abstract theory (which, despite it's neutrality, will probably make religious people react adversely. If they'd actually comprehend it.) behind it,which may or may not sit well with some.
